This initiative, promoted by the publishing house Spainmedia with the support of the Madrid City Council, aims to bring gastronomy to the streets through an innovative format. The program includes culinary demonstrations, music, workshops, and talks, defining itself as an international, independent, and experience-focused event.
The festival will feature distinct zones such as a VIP guests lounge, an infinite table, the ÑamÑam bar for food and drinks, and the T’s de Oro where event experiences will take place. The programming ranges from diverse activities to dinners, stand-up comedy, and live podcasts.
Madrid, with its 45 municipal markets, positions itself as a European leader in this type of facility. These markets are key for selling fresh, zero-kilometer products, promote sustainable local production, foster closeness with residents, and continuously adapt to modernization.
