The Madrid Railway Museum, located at the historic Delicias station, has launched a special summer program that will run until September 6th.

The cultural proposal includes daily opening hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During this time, visitors can enjoy guided tours of historic vehicles such as the 1950 Talgo II, the 1965 TER diesel railcar, or the 1930 WR-3569 dining car.
The summer agenda highlights thematic tours. Weekends will focus on Delicias, a film station, an itinerary reviewing the use of these facilities as a movie set in productions like Doctor Zhivago or Saben aquell. In August, the theme will revolve around the 175th anniversary of the first railway in Madrid.
For children, the museum has organized daily workshops. From Monday to Friday, the activity Vacation by train! takes place, while on weekends, the Intelino, the smart train workshop is held, focusing on robotics and programming for children aged 6 to 12.
The program is complemented by two temporary exhibitions: The gaze of Wyrsch, featuring railway photographs from the mid-20th century, and Traveling in time: 85 years of Renfe advertising, which will remain open until September 30th.
