This service, provided in collaboration with the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), aims to help Madrid taxpayers in preparing and filing their income tax returns. Telephone assistance has been available since April 29th, while in-person support can be requested until June 29th.
Appointments can be made online via the AEAT's electronic headquarters or its mobile app, as well as by phone. The 'We'll Call You' service is available at 91 553 00 71 (personal assistance weekdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) and 91 535 73 26 (automated assistance 24 hours).
For in-person assistance, priority will be given to taxpayers who had an appointment in the previous campaign and have not changed their tax domicile. The Madrid Tax Agency (ATM) sets limits for this service, including annual employment income up to 80,000 euros and a maximum of two rented properties or rental contracts.
Declarations with income from business activities under specific modules, certain capital gains, rental income imputation, and specific situations like loss carryforwards or 'cláusula suelo' adjustments will be accepted. For returns resulting in payment due, submission must be via bank direct debit by June 25th.
Among the new features for the 2025 Tax Campaign is a new deduction of up to 340 euros for recipients of the Minimum Interprofessional Wage and other low-income workers. Deductions for energy efficiency improvements, electric vehicles, and charging points are extended. Residents of the Community of Madrid can also benefit from specific regional deductions.
In the previous campaign, the Madrid City Council assisted 29,329 taxpayers, preparing 21,874 declarations. 17.33% of users assisted were over 65 years old.
