The inaugural day will offer free access to all users, marking the start of a campaign designed to meet rising public demand. In total, the municipal network will feature 25 outdoor pools, alongside various indoor facilities providing recreational services throughout the warmer months.

Among this year's new features, the local government has launched a program of free express classes. These 30-minute sessions, covering disciplines such as aquafitness and stretching, will be held from Monday to Friday without prior registration, aiming to promote healthy habits among visitors.

The access system will maintain the three standard shifts: morning, afternoon, and full day. To optimize facility usage, digitalization has been strengthened, allowing 80% of tickets to be booked via the municipal website and the Madrid Móvil app, while the remaining 20% is reserved for in-person ticket office sales.

In recent years, the Department of Works and Equipment has carried out comprehensive renovations across 18 venues, with an investment exceeding 70 million euros. Additionally, two new pools have been built in the Barajas and Tetuán districts, the first newly constructed facilities in three decades.
