The mayor of Moralzarzal, along with the councilor for Transport, Networks, and Services, held a working meeting with the Director General of Roads of the Community of Madrid, Natalia Quintana, and technicians from the Ministry. The main objective of the meeting was to analyze on-site the planned actions to optimize the M-608 highway as it passes through the municipality.
The M-608 is considered a crucial and fundamental route for daily mobility, not only for the residents of Moralzarzal but also for the thousands of visitors the town receives annually and as a transit route for neighboring towns. "Therefore, optimizing its conditions is an absolute priority for the local government team," stated sources from the City Council.
During the technical tour of the road, key points where interventions are planned were evaluated. These actions aim to increase safety standards and improve traffic flow on the highway.
