The fair will bring together approximately 75 antique dealers and art galleries in Hall 5 of IFEMA Madrid. The event marks a shift towards a more selective proposal aligned with international collecting circuit standards.
Organized by Ifema Madrid, the edition will feature a new visual image, conceived as part of a broader institutional evolution. This change stems from a comprehensive conceptual strategy to reinforce its identity and revise its criteria, aiming to attract more qualified collectors with global reach.
The upcoming edition is moving towards a more demanding and curated model, where the quality, authenticity, and historical-artistic relevance of the works take center stage. This transformation is defined as more selective, more international, and aligned with global market demands, reaffirming its leadership in antiques and collecting.
The Organizing Committee and the Expert Committee, comprising over 30 specialists, have intensified their oversight efforts to ensure a rigorous offering consistent with the fair's essence. The exhibition will combine high-value antiques and contemporary pieces, including furniture, decorative arts, painting, sculpture, and archaeology.
This evolution responds to growing interest in cultural assets and market dynamism, alongside the emergence of new collector profiles, including international residents in Spain, particularly in Madrid. Ifema Madrid aims to capture the attention of European antique dealers and buyers, strengthening its reach and positioning beyond the Iberian Peninsula.
Feriarte will include a content program dedicated to the history of collecting under the concept 'El Gran Tour,' exploring the cultural movement from the 17th to 19th centuries through a contemporary reinterpretation.
With nearly five decades of history, Feriarte projects itself with the commitment to consolidate as one of the essential fairs on the international calendar, offering exhibitors and collectors an environment of maximum quality, trust, and opportunities.
