The investigation has led to the location of a total of seven vehicles that had been fraudulently registered. Furthermore, one of the stolen cars has been recovered, according to sources from the Police Force.
The operation began after an intervention by the Carabanchel Police Station, which detected a car with an expired license plate. In the glove compartment of the vehicle, foreign documentation belonging to other cars was found.
After reporting the facts to the Judicial Coordination Commissariat, it was confirmed that both the documentation and the homologation certificate provided were false. Within the framework of this operation, two individuals have been arrested and two others are under investigation.
