The Community of Madrid promotes vocational training for vulnerable youth in collaboration with the Juan XXIII Foundation, offering training cycles at the new NOVAF23 Campus in Vicálvaro.

The Community of Madrid and the Juan XXIII Foundation have launched a collaboration to provide Vocational Training studies to young people in vulnerable situations, aiming to facilitate their entry into the labor market. The Minister of Education, Science, and Universities, Mercedes Zarzalejo, highlighted this initiative during her visit to the NOVAF23 Campus, located in Madrid's Vicálvaro district.
This new campus features facilities designed for practical learning, focused on preparing students for employment. Minister Zarzalejo was able to observe firsthand the training received by the students at this center.
Since the 2025/26 academic year, the center has agreements with the regional administration for Basic Level training cycles in Bakery and Pastry, Kitchen and Restoration, and Administrative Services. Additionally, Intermediate Level cycles are offered in Administrative Management, Bakery, Pastry, and Confectionery, Restaurant Services, and Kitchen and Gastronomy.
