Organized by the Department of Business Development, Economy and Employment of the Colmenar Viejo City Council, in collaboration with the Community of Madrid and various companies, this second edition aims to foster employment and business development in the locality.

The fair will feature 28 stands representing companies, training centers, and municipal entities, creating a suitable space for establishing professional relationships and generating employment and internship opportunities. Participating companies include Acciona, Alcampo, Sanivida, Grupo Eulen, Hyundai, Movistar Prosegur Alarmas, and the Civil Guard, in addition to foundations like Eurofirms and GoodJob, focused on labor insertion.
The Community of Madrid, through the General Sub-directorate for Employment Promotion, will have a prominent presence on April 16. It will offer a virtual reality corner for job searching and a mobile office that will allow attendees to register as job seekers, renew their applications, modify personal and professional data, and request information on employment programs.
In parallel, training workshops will be held in Classroom 1 of the Municipal Building La Estación. On April 15, topics such as CV and interview optimization with Fundación Eurofirms, motivation for entrepreneurship with SECOT, inclusive selection, and the use of Artificial Intelligence in job searching with Cruz Roja will be addressed. On April 16, workshops will focus on employment office services, job opportunities in Europe through EURES, the Municipal Entrepreneurship Service, and the Multichannel Employment Guidance Service CRE-e.
Participation in the fair is free, but workshop places are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The event will take place at the Municipal Building La Estación, located on Carlos Aragón Cancela Street.
