Sectoral analysis reveals that Commerce, Business Services, and Construction and real estate activities are the sectors with the highest volume of both insolvencies and dissolutions. Regarding special procedures for micro-enterprises, the region leads nationally, accounting for 42% of the total.
Across Spain, the trend shows mixed results: while insolvency proceedings have fallen by 4% in the first seven months of the year, dissolutions have grown by 12% compared to the same period in 2025. In July, 602 insolvencies and 2,098 dissolutions were recorded nationwide.
