The Community of Madrid has announced the upcoming opening of the registration period for a course focused on the ideation, design, and planning of projects aimed at young people, using agile methodologies.
The training, which will be delivered in a blended format, aims to equip participants with the skills to identify needs, define challenges, generate ideas, structure projects in phases, validate proposals, and design monitoring and continuous improvement systems. The goal is to apply these tools in real youth intervention contexts.
The course is based on the need for youth projects to respond to changing realities and rapidly evolving contexts, which traditional planning does not always allow for with the required agility. Therefore, it proposes incorporating agile tools to foster more participatory, flexible, and relevant proposals for young people's needs.
The content will cover agile methodologies in the socio-educational field and a youth-centered approach, as well as ideation techniques, participatory design, prototyping, validation, and project communication.
The methodology will be active, practical, and collaborative. Participants will develop a real project or one applicable to their context, combining face-to-face sessions with asynchronous online training. The course will have a total duration of 28 hours, with 16 hours of in-person instruction and 12 hours online.
The dates for the course are November 28 and 29, 2026, with asynchronous online training until December 10. The in-person sessions will take place at the Espacio Joven 14-30, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Participant selection will be made through a registration form, allowing applicants to request a maximum of three courses. Selected participants will need to confirm their attendance.
