The training program, managed through the Department of Immigration, included specializations such as office computing, school canteen monitoring, healthcare orderly services, cleaning services, building maintenance, and warehouse operations. The programs consisted of 120 teaching hours, with 80 dedicated to professional internships in collaborating companies.
This initiative, coordinated by the organization AIDEJOVEN, aims to provide quality training that enhances participants' job prospects. According to municipal data, collaboration with the local business sector has led to several students being hired after completing their internships.
The closing ceremony was attended by city officials and representatives from the training organization, who highlighted the importance of local business involvement in facilitating these professional internships.
