The Local Police of Torrejón de Ardoz continues its fight against drug trafficking, having arrested six individuals in recent weeks for offenses associated with narcotic substances. The operations have resulted in the seizure of various quantities of drugs.
One of the most notable operations involved a dangerous pursuit, both by vehicle and on foot, which concluded with the arrest of an individual for alleged possession of narcotics, thanks to the swift intervention of the officers.
In another security operation, a young man was arrested upon discovering he was carrying nearly six grams of drugs and a sum of money of unexplained origin, raising suspicions of illicit activity.
Furthermore, a woman was detained after being found with several bills and approximately five grams of hashish. She is suspected of attempting to sell the substance to a driver with whom she had arranged a meeting.
Officers also arrested a man for alleged offenses against public health, seizing significant amounts of ketamine, MDMA, LSD, and ecstasy, exceeding the quantity considered for personal consumption.
Another individual was apprehended in possession of marijuana, cocaine, and other drugs, totaling 265 grams. The intervention occurred after observing an exchange of substances for money in a park.
Citizen collaboration was key in an operation at a hospitality establishment. Following a neighbor's tip, officers seized cocaine hidden in aluminum foil from one individual, and another man was found with a magazine containing similar packets.
Finally, coordination with the Local Police Canine Unit led to the seizure of a substance that, after analysis, was identified as 'purple' type marijuana.
