The San Fernando de Henares City Council has announced the addition of a renowned flamenco artist to the lineup of its 2026 Patron Saint Festivities, with a performance scheduled for May 23.

The artist, the first woman in the flamenco genre to sing and accompany herself on the piano, has received six Latin Grammy nominations. Her concert will take place at the Federico García Lorca Theater on May 23 at 7:00 PM.
The 2026 San Fernando de Henares Patron Saint Festivities continue to unveil their program, which already includes the return of the Panorama Orchestra, scheduled for May 29. This will mark the popular orchestra's fourth consecutive performance in the town.
Additionally, the La Misión Orchestra, which performed at last year's festivities, will return on May 28. The group La Frontera will perform on May 22, sharing the stage that same day with MERINO, the band tasked with opening the festival's lineup.
With these confirmations, San Fernando de Henares is preparing to kick off the festive calendar for the region. The full program of events will be announced in the coming weeks, and all performances will be free of charge.
