The event will take place at the Centro Cultural Las Fronteras starting at 7:00 PM, as reported by the City Council. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the details of this work, which promises to maintain tension until the very end.
The novel, titled Mentira (Lie), is the author's first thriller after the success of his Reina Roja series. It is characterized by a plot full of twists and turns and characters pushed to their limits, where doubt becomes an addictive element for the reader.
The protagonist of Mentira is a professional liar who uses deception to solve other people's problems. The situation becomes complicated for her when she is isolated with her brother due to a snowstorm in a remote Asturian village.
This meeting is part of the Month of Letters program in Torrejón de Ardoz. The literary agenda will continue on May 26 with the participation of another writer, who will present his novel El Amo (The Master) at the Casa de la Cultura, thus closing the series of reader encounters.
