Boiler maintenance plans
The Basic plan, at 9 euros per month, includes one boiler service per year between seasons, in spring or autumn as chosen by the client: cleaning of the burner and heat exchanger, pressure and leak testing, combustion analysis, and a technical report of the service. The Advanced plan (15 euros per month, 180 per year) adds servicing of the gas installation, radiator bleeding, and one hour of free labour per breakdown. The Premium plan (23 euros per month, 276 per year) includes priority scheduling for breakdowns and two hours of free labour per breakdown.
All three plans include discounts of 10% to 25% on spare parts and a credit of 25, 75, or 150 euros for refurbished spare parts. This is one of the company's hallmarks: they recover and refurbish boiler parts in their own laboratory, which reduces repair costs and extends the lifespan of the equipment.
Air conditioning maintenance
For air conditioning, annual maintenance costs between 89 and 129 euros per split or cassette unit, and between 129 and 185 euros for ducted systems, with one or two visits per year for filter cleaning, pressure checks, and leak detection. With multiple units, the price is adjusted with volume discounts.
The company clarifies that the plans are not insurance or an emergency service: repairs are quoted separately, except for the included hours and discounts, and queries are answered the same day via WhatsApp.
