The operation, which began in July 2025, allowed agents to detect the activities of individuals distributing large quantities of cocaine in the Community of Madrid and other provinces. The investigation led to the identification of a residence in San Sebastián de los Reyes, used for transactions with other groups, which facilitated progress in identifying the organization's members.
The criminal group had a sophisticated transport network operating throughout Spain. They used vehicles equipped with false bottoms to conceal both drugs and money obtained from their illicit activities. This infrastructure allowed them to move large volumes of narcotics discreetly.
A key point of the investigation was the location of a house in Arganda del Rey, which functioned as a drug 'nursery'. In this location, the organization stored significant quantities of narcotics under strict security measures to avoid detection. The dismantling of this storage point was crucial for the success of the operation.
The operation unfolded in two phases and culminated in four simultaneous searches in Arganda del Rey, San Sebastián de los Reyes, and Madrid capital. During these searches, agents seized a total of 179 kilos of cocaine, 45 kilos of hashish, 244,860 euros in cash, three loaded short firearms, and a hunting shotgun. Six people were arrested for their alleged involvement in crimes against public health, illegal possession of weapons, and belonging to a criminal group.
