A resident of Alcorcón has reported the theft of his black Toyota RAV 4 vehicle, which occurred last Saturday in a parking lot near the Renfe de Retamas station, amidst growing concerns about security in the area.

The car owner, Humberto José Alejos Fajardo, publicized the complaint via his Facebook account, detailing the incident with the hope of recovering his car. According to his testimony, the Municipal Police did not have the vehicle's data at the time of the report, adding to the uncertainty of the situation.
This incident is part of a series of parked vehicle thefts that have affected Alcorcón in recent weeks. During the month of March, numerous incidents were recorded, initially impacting taxi drivers and later extending to other types of vehicles.
The modus operandi of these thefts is typically characterized by the speed and violence used to gain access to the cars' interiors. Despite efforts by police authorities to enhance security, residents of Alcorcón continue to express their concern over this wave of crime.
