The urban development project in Retamar de la Huerta, Alcorcón, has taken a significant step forward with the sale of 17 residential plots. This initiative is part of a broader plan to build up to 3,503 homes in the area. Urbanization works began in November, and the auction process for these lands started at the end of March.
The 17 available plots are intended for the construction of 130 future homes, and their estimated value is around 20 million euros. Of the total of 3,503 homes projected in Retamar, 1,123 will benefit from some form of public protection. The auction represents an opportunity for both individuals and developers interested in prime land in a strategic location with high residential demand.
“"This auction represents a great opportunity both for individuals who wish to develop their own home and for developers interested in finished land in an area that has high potential due to its characteristics and its strategic location in an area with high residential demand."
Detailed information about the auction is available for individuals and developers. Among the real estate companies with the largest percentage of land in Retamar de la Huerta, Culmia stands out as the main owner with 29%, followed by La Llave de Oro, Aedas Homes, and Realia. The lands cover an area of 1,140,000 square meters and are bordered by the M-506 to the south, the M-50 to the east, and the Campodón de Villaviciosa Urbanization to the west.
The project design includes the reorganization of the M-506 and its connection with the M-50, which will involve burying a section of the former road under a new roundabout. The deadline for submitting bids in this auction is June 1st, allowing interested parties to freely bid on the plots of their choice.
