The initiative, named “Impulsa IA”, will be delivered in-person and practically at the Edificio La Encina between April and June 2026. This program seeks to democratize access to advanced technological tools, which until recently seemed reserved for large corporations, so that local professionals can apply them in their daily work.
The course's focus is designed to help participants save time on administrative tasks, improve communication with their clients, and ultimately increase their economic benefits through technological efficiency. The training is structured into ten sessions that will take place on Wednesday afternoons, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, a schedule designed not to interfere with the main working hours of local businesses and offices.
The class schedule begins on April 8, 2026, and extends through May and June, with sessions on April 8, 15, 22, and 29; May 6, 13, 20, and 27; and concludes on June 3 and 10. This weekly continuity allows for progressive assimilation of concepts and their practical application in businesses.
The training itinerary is divided into three thematic cycles. The first, “Visibility and content”, focuses on using AI to create quality content and master “prompts”. The second, “Sales and professional contacts”, teaches how to use LinkedIn as a sales engine. Finally, the third cycle, “Productivity and organization”, demonstrates applications for automating tasks and optimizing workflow.
A specialized digital consultant will lead the workshops, adapting the technology to the specific needs of each business, whether it's a neighborhood store, a consultancy, or an independent professional. The goal is for participants to overcome their fear of artificial intelligence and see it as a strategic ally in critical areas such as marketing, inventory management, or customer service.
“"With this program, we reaffirm our support for freelancers and small and medium-sized businesses in Tres Cantos, offering them innovative tools that allow them to successfully face the challenges of digitalization."
Places for this free training are limited, so it is recommended to formalize registration as soon as possible through the Tres Cantos City Council's training management portal.
