The Valdemoro City Council has inaugurated Malinche Park, an extensive green space covering more than 62,000 square meters in the recently completed El Postiguillo neighborhood, offering new leisure and biodiversity areas for residents.

This new green lung has become one of the largest green areas in the municipality, notable for its wide walking paths, sports facilities, and various children's play options, including a prominent caravel-shaped structure.
The park's vegetation infrastructure includes the planting of over 1,000 trees and 20,000 shrub and flower plants, elements that will significantly contribute to improving environmental comfort and fostering urban biodiversity in the area.
Malinche Park is set to be a central hub in the residential development of El Postiguillo, a neighborhood that plans the construction of 1,764 homes, of which more than 700 will have some form of public protection. In addition to green spaces, the neighborhood will feature facilities and areas dedicated to outdoor recreation, as well as a plot reserved for the future construction of a secondary education institute.
