The emblematic Strawberry Train will make its last spring journey on June 7th, offering a 15% discount on all its routes to Aranjuez.

This cultural and leisure trip, which recreates the route of the first railway in the Community of Madrid and second in the Iberian Peninsula (the Madrid-Aranjuez line, inaugurated in February 1851), has transported nearly 8,000 passengers this season. The special 15% discount offer will apply to all tickets purchased for this final spring trip.
Aboard century-old wooden carriages, travelers enjoy a theatrical experience narrating the train's history, accompanied by music and tasting strawberries from the riverside orchards. The Strawberry Train allows exploration of Aranjuez, declared a Cultural Landscape World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2001, through various themed routes.
Options include 'Strawberries and Cream' (Chiquitrén and garden visits), 'Tajo Strawberries' (river tour and garden visits), 'Royal Strawberries' (visit to the Royal Palace and gardens), 'Cycling Strawberries' (electric bike and gardens), 'Orchard Strawberries' (historic orchards and gardens, ideal for families), and 'Strawberries by Kayak' (kayak on the Tajo River and garden visits).
Combined routes are also available, such as 'Cream of the Tajo' (Chiquitrén and boat), 'Royal Cream' (Chiquitrén and Royal Palace), and 'Royal Tajo' (boat and Royal Palace). Additionally, the Strawberry Train ticket offers a reduced-price entry to visit the Madrid Railway Museum on dates after the trip.
