The protest aims to claim key aspects such as hiring and job stability, regulation of working hours and paid leave, as well as salary increases and effective work-life balance measures.
The union Comisiones Obreras (CCOO), which called the strike, has indicated that other demands include the creation of a professional promotion and mobility commission among hospitals, regulation of overtime hours, recognition of seniority, and improvement of Sunday and holiday pay supplements.
Employees also request access to remote work where possible and the option for reduced working hours for studies. The main gathering will take place at 11 AM outside the hospital.

This mobilization in Móstoles follows previous stoppages at other centers managed by Quirón, such as the Villalba Hospital on June 5, and precedes another strike called at the Infanta Elena Hospital in Valdemoro for June 19.
