The local administration has ordered the immediate suspension of activity at the center after confirming, through an inspection, that the property failed to comply with current municipal regulations. According to municipal sources, the facility was opened in a single-family home without prior notification to the council or obtaining the necessary permits for this type of use.
The local government team has emphasized that this measure is strictly in response to compliance with urban and administrative legality. The council has insisted that any activity, whether commercial or service-oriented, must adhere to the technical and legal requirements demanded of any individual or entity in the municipality of Pinto.
The central Executive now has a sixty-day period to submit the required documentation. If the detected deficiencies are not corrected within this timeframe, the City Council will proceed to the definitive closure of the facility to ensure compliance with municipal standards.
