The town of Móstoles is preparing for the construction of a new university residence with 594 beds, a project awarded to Student Experience in collaboration with Rey Juan Carlos University.

The international operator Student Experience, part of The Experience Net, has been awarded the project to develop a new university residence in Móstoles. The complex, to be built in collaboration with Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC), will span 23,300 square meters and house 484 residential units, offering a total of 594 student beds.
The design of the future residence will be based on Student Experience's accommodation model, prioritizing community living and shared spaces. Planned facilities include pickleball and paddle tennis courts, a running track, a gym, a rooftop 'chill-out' area, a swimming pool, a cafeteria-restaurant, outdoor green areas, co-working spaces, and common areas. In addition to student studios, the complex will offer other accommodation options.
This initiative represents a significant investment of 55 million euros, with construction expected to be completed by 2028. This project marks Student Experience's third development in Spain, with Rinkelberg Capital participating as an investment partner.

"This development demonstrates that our focus on community, well-being, and operational excellence is also compelling in Spain. Together with partners like Rinkelberg Capital, we are building an ecosystem where living, learning, and enjoying the university lifestyle converge."
