The event, organized by MasterSlot Racing Events in collaboration with the City Council, will feature over 200 drivers from 40 of Europe's leading teams in the discipline. The main protagonists are 1/32 scale electric cars.
The race format mirrors the traditional 24 Hours of Le Mans, with the cars competing non-stop for 24 hours on a 32-lane circuit spanning nearly two kilometers. The winning team will be the one that covers the greatest distance by the end of the competition.
Each team will consist of five or six members, taking on roles such as driver, director, mechanic, and steward. During the race, cars must make six mandatory tire changes in the designated pit areas.
Free practice sessions will begin on Friday at 9 AM, while the race start is scheduled for Saturday at 10 AM. The finish is expected on Sunday at 11:30 AM, followed by the awards ceremony.
The organization will broadcast the event via streaming, allowing fans worldwide to follow the competition live. One of the most unique moments will occur on Saturday at 11 PM when the pavilion's lighting is turned off for the night race, requiring drivers to navigate primarily by the cars' lights and diffused circuit illumination.
