The sports day on Friday, May 29, will take place at Finca Liana Park, offering a table tennis tournament, functional recovery exercises, and yoga, pilates, and tai chi sessions. The program will conclude on Saturday, May 30, with an Intergenerational March, musical entertainment, and a zumba session, also at Finca Liana Park.
Additionally, on May 26, a cultural excursion to Pueblos Negros and Cogolludo will take place. The mayor of Móstoles, Manuel Bautista, has highlighted the importance of these activities and the continuous offerings at municipal centers to promote active aging throughout the year.
Registration for activities can be completed until May 25 at the Municipal Senior Centers, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Móstoles currently has several Municipal Senior Centers, and a new one will soon open in the North-University District 2.
