Officers arrived at the scene after receiving a report of a crashed vehicle. Upon arrival, they discovered that the driver was a minor who did not have a driver's license and had taken the family car without authorization.
During the intervention, police officers performed a breathalyzer test on the youth. The result showed a blood alcohol level of 0.48 mg/l, which is double the legal limit allowed by current regulations.
The incident occurred on the final day of the Cristo de la Salud festivities. The individual is currently facing charges for two crimes against Road Safety for driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol.
