The XXVII Villa de Leganés Trophy will transform the municipality into a national gymnastics benchmark this weekend, bringing together over 1,000 gymnasts at the Europa Pavilion.

The competition, scheduled for April 25 and 26, comes at a particularly exciting time for the organizing club, boosted by the recent achievements of its athletes in national championships.
Recently, at the Base Championship held in Oviedo, three representatives from the entity stood out nationally. One gymnast earned a national diploma by finishing eighth in the alevín category, showcasing the club's high level of training.
Two other gymnasts also delivered remarkable performances, placing among the top 50 in Spain in their respective categories, highlighting the quality and effort of the local young talents.
Now in its twenty-seventh edition, the Villa de Leganés Trophy has become a well-established event in the sports calendar. The organizing club, with over 35 years of history in the municipality, is a fundamental pillar in promoting gymnastics and developing grassroots athletes.
The event will host participants from various categories, from children's sports to absolute level, providing a platform for gymnasts of all ages and competitive levels. The organization emphasizes the inclusive nature of the trophy, aiming for maximum athlete participation.
