The iconic establishment, which ceased operations in 2020 due to the pandemic under the name ‘Kai Eder’, will be managed by the company ELIVGEST, SL. The concession is for 20 years, with a possible five-year extension. The company will pay an annual fee of 64,202 euros, adjusted annually according to the CPI, which is expected to generate a total income of 1,251,939 euros for the City Council.
The tender specifications stipulate that the concessionaire has a maximum of six months to carry out repair and renovation works on the premises, with an estimated investment of 50,000 euros to be borne by them. The space covers a built area of 484.5 square meters and occupies a prominent position within the municipality, near the Sculpture Museum. The company will also have the option to request the installation of a terrace.
