Grupo Egido Voleibol Pinto has confirmed the continuity of its coaches, Jordi Martínez and Eduardo Hernangil, leading the team for the upcoming season in the demanding Superliga 2 Oro, while a significant squad overhaul is underway.

Club Voleibol Pinto is actively engaged in shaping its team for the next season, facing the ambitious challenge of competing in the Superliga 2 Oro. This new competition will bring together the twelve best teams from Spain's second-tier volleyball league. Club officials have been working diligently to define the next steps, maintaining the objective of growth and the aspiration for promotion to the top national division.
One of the first official confirmations is the continued presence of Jordi Martínez and Eduardo Hernangil on the bench. Both coaches took over mid-season last year, successfully leading the team to win their group in the regular phase and reaching the promotion playoffs for Superliga in Gran Canaria.
The board of directors is focused on assembling a competitive roster that guarantees a strong fight for the set objectives. New signings are expected to be announced in the coming days, with several transfer operations in advanced stages. Concurrently, efforts are being made to promote several youth academy players to the first team, underscoring the club's commitment to developing young talent.
The significant squad transformation is highlighted by the confirmation of six departures from last season's roster: Martin Dimitrov, Cristian Palacios, Gabriel Lucca, Marcelo Calderón, Alejandro Alsina, and Luke Belda. The club is confident that the chosen replacements will further enhance the team's overall level.
Regarding the promising young talents moving up from the academy, the players selected to join the first team are setter Andrés Martín, middle blocker Nicolás Enescu, and libero Isaac Navarro. These three players, aged between 17 and 18, will aim to showcase the high level of Pinto's youth system in the top flight.
