The central scene of the bonfire, located in Plaza de España, depicts Donald Trump dressed in Roman attire, seated on a throne made of rubble. He holds a missile like a Roman sword, symbolizing his ambition and erratic international policy. In his hand, he carries a miniature globe, representing how war destroys it.
Culture Councilor Luis Domínguez explained that "Getafe has a protesting soul, which we also show during our festivals, with a 'chama' of sad current relevance, where we denounce the power sustained by conflict, destruction, and global manipulation." Another scene features two fighting roosters over a simplified representation of the planet, a metaphor for international conflicts turned into power struggles.
A factory producing soldiers labeled 'bulo' (hoax), 'fake,' and 'odio' (hate) advances in a chain, symbolizing the systematic creation of disinformation and its societal impact. Municipal sources state the scene "denounces the intentional fabrication of discourse that generates division and conflict," highlighting the industrialization of media manipulation.
In another depiction, a 'humanized' missile drags a heavy load for an ordinary citizen, symbolizing essential goods like wine and oil. These are burdened by a large tariff slab and price increases caused by war, making daily life increasingly difficult for citizens.
The final scene shows a child interacting with a divided environment. One part of a wall displays vibrant children's drawings, reflecting their reality before the war, while the opposite side depicts a context of war and decay, focusing on the invisible victims of conflict: children.
