The Fuenlabrada City Council, through CIFE, has launched a new professional qualification program to hire 25 unemployed young people for administrative assistant and cleaning positions for ten months.

This initiative, known as the Youth Employment Promotion Program with Local Corporations and Professional Qualification, is aimed at residents of the municipality aged between 16 and 29 years who are unemployed and lack prior training or work experience in the requested occupations.
The program includes the temporary hiring of 25 young people: 13 will fill administrative assistant positions, and the remaining 12 will work as cleaning staff. In addition to the work experience gained, participants will obtain the corresponding professional certificate for their role, significantly improving their prospects in the labor market.

"Through these programs managed by the City Council, we provide residents of our municipality, especially the youngest, with the necessary training and tools for their integration into the job market."
