The project, backed by a municipal investment of nearly 8.5 million euros, aims to provide the neighborhood with state-of-the-art sports facilities. The development includes four rooms for various activities and new offices for the Sports department.
The sports complex, which has featured an indoor swimming pool since 2023, will now include an 11-a-side football pitch equipped with twelve changing rooms and restrooms. Additionally, the surface parking area is being expanded to provide 50 new free spaces for visitors.
Construction also covers a grandstand with seating for 150 spectators and the integration of the site with San Isidro Park through the installation of urban sports and leisure equipment.
