The award was granted by the Spanish Association of Pulp, Paper and Cardboard Manufacturers (ASPAPEL) together with the Spanish Association of Paper and Cardboard Recyclers and Recoverers (REPACAR). The Pajaritas Azules program, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, evaluates various municipal management indicators. In addition to Coslada, other towns in the Community of Madrid have received awards in different categories, consolidating the region as a benchmark in the implementation of sustainability and circular economy policies.
