The Museo Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo (CA2M) in Móstoles has launched 'The Sky and the Earth' exhibition, an initiative by artist Antonio Ballester Moreno that merges his work with creations by students from CEIP Federico García Lorca, available for free until late summer.

Curated by Antonio Ballester Moreno himself, the exhibition establishes a dialogue between his pieces, some developed in collaboration with the educational community, and other works by established artists from the museum's collection.
This project highlights Ballester Moreno's perspective on art as a fundamental educational tool. The display connects amateur creations, made with simple materials like cardboard, with works by renowned artists.
Through The Sky and the Earth, the CA2M invites visitors to a profound reflection on landscape, moving beyond mere aesthetics to incorporate geological, anthropological, and social dimensions that intertwine the external with the internal.
Antonio Ballester Moreno, born in Madrid in 1977, understands art as a process intrinsically linked to experience and popular knowledge. His work is featured in significant collections at institutions such as the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the Banco de España, and the MUSAC.
