In Alcorcón, Atlit Performance has established itself as a benchmark in elite sports training, offering an innovative methodology that prioritizes specificity and the comprehensive development of athletes.

Founded by Lucía Iglesias, who applied her knowledge acquired in the United States, this center redefines the traditional gym concept, focusing on high performance. Its proposal centers on a real work ecosystem, designed for each athlete to reach their maximum potential, avoiding stagnation and injuries.

"My business idea is disruptive because we offer athletes something that very few or almost no one in Spain has: a real work ecosystem. Closing the doors to generic and randomly designed work. We provide an ecosystem that adapts to their current context. A system created so they can push their limits while taking the best possible care of themselves. The lack of a coherent, adaptive, evaluative, and individualized ecosystem ends the careers of thousands of athletes daily, which is why at ATLIT Performance we want a different path."

The Atlit Performance method is structured into three key phases: evaluation, correction, and transformation. The first stage involves an exhaustive analysis of the athlete's body, biomechanics, posture, and specific capabilities, even adapting to their playing position in sports like football. This allows for precise identification of strengths and weaknesses.
The correction phase focuses on eliminating weaknesses, reducing the risk of injuries, and ensuring constant progress. This monitoring is carried out through a hybrid model that combines in-person reviews with daily monitoring, adjusting training and recovery loads according to competition demands. Finally, transformation converts initial weaknesses into motor strengths, enhancing sports performance.

"I don't just tell them what exercises to do; I accompany the athlete in their recovery and daily monitoring, ensuring that their return is stronger than before the injury, and preventing preventable injuries."

The center also places special emphasis on the development of young talents, calling on parents to invest in their children's physical preparation as a way to achieve professionalism. Lucía Iglesias highlights that specialized training not only improves sports performance but also strengthens mental resilience, contributing to greater concentration and academic success.
