The number of criminal offenses rose from 1,701 in 2025 to 2,215 in the first three months of 2026, marking a considerable increase. Particularly noteworthy is the surge in burglaries, which have climbed by 184.6%, from 13 to 37 cases. Robberies involving force against homes, establishments, and other facilities also saw a significant growth of 129.3%.

Conventional crime has grown by 21.1%, with 1,711 offenses recorded compared to 1,413 the previous year. Robberies with violence and intimidation have also increased, with 38 cases reported versus 24 previously. Furthermore, serious and less serious offenses of assault and public brawl have risen by 83.3%.

In the realm of cybercrime, the increase has been 75%, with 504 cases compared to 288 previously. Online scams have seen a 110.7% rise, going from 215 to 453 reported incidents. Petty thefts, on the other hand, have grown by 3.1%, reaching 695 registered cases.

Fortunately, no homicides were recorded, and attempted cases remained at a single instance. Crimes against sexual freedom remained stable, with nine incidents reported, the same as in the first quarter of 2025.
