The Alcorcón Martial Arts Club is preparing to celebrate a very special edition of its traditional End-of-Course Festival on Saturday, June 20, 2026. The event, to be held at the Teatro Buero Vallejo starting at 11:30 AM, will serve as the official closing of the sports season and a meeting point for the entire club community. This year, the celebration gains additional significance as it commemorates the entity's forty years of history, founded in 1985.
During the festival, various exhibitions will showcase the students' work throughout the course. Demonstrations of Women's Self-Protection, Self-Defense for over 65s, and Kyokushin in different age categories will be presented. These performances aim to highlight the values of discipline, respect, and self-improvement that characterize the club, offering attendees a varied and engaging program.
The four decades of history of the Alcorcón Martial Arts Club will be one of the most emotional moments of the day. Over the years, the organization has established itself as a benchmark in martial arts, both locally and nationally, contributing to the sports training of hundreds of students and promoting healthy habits. The festival will include a special recognition for those who have been fundamental to its evolution and growth.
The organization has extended a special invitation to former students, collaborators, friends, and neighbors of the municipality to join this significant celebration, aiming to make it a great day of community and tribute to its history. Attendance confirmation has been requested by Friday, May 29, via WhatsApp or email.
