An officer from the Municipal Police of Alcorcón performed a heroic rescue, preventing the fall of a man who, after allegedly assaulting his partner, was attempting to flee through a high window. The individual, found suspended in mid-air, was secured by the officer, who took significant personal risks to avoid a fatal outcome before the suspect was arrested.

During the operation, officers from the Municipal Police and the National Police had located the victim and established a security detail. The swift action of the Municipal Police officer was crucial in resolving the incident.

In a separate incident, five people were taken to a hospital last Thursday with minor smoke inhalation injuries following a fire in a residence on Olímpico Aurelio García street, in the Ondarreta neighborhood. Firefighters rescued two dogs from the property, who also received care and are reported to be in good condition.
