This coming Sunday, July 19, the residents of Alcorcón will be able to enjoy the World Cup final on a giant screen. This event, which was successfully held during the semifinals against France, will now take place at the Recinto Ferial, a venue with a larger capacity than the Plaza Reyes de España, where the semifinals were broadcast.
Mayor Candelaria Testa announced the installation of the screen, confirming that the match will kick off at 9:00 PM. Although specific activities for before the match have not yet been detailed, a festive atmosphere is expected for fans.
During the semifinals, attendees enjoyed a 'touche' contest organized by the Alcorcón Sports Association (ADA) and music from the collective Picanteo. The Association of Sports Clubs of Alcorcón (ACDA) also set up a drinks bar. Further details for the final are expected to be announced in the coming days.
