The average sale price of homes in Alcorcón has reached a historic high in June 2026, standing at 3,388 euros per square meter, according to data from the Idealista report. In the last month, the price has increased by 0.9%, continuing an upward trend that has been consolidating in recent months.
The year-on-year evolution is even more significant, with a growth of 15.4% compared to June 2025. This means that acquiring a property in the municipality currently costs more than 15% more than a year ago, reflecting the strength of the residential market and the increase in demand.
The market has shown consistent growth throughout the year, reaching a new historic peak in June. Alcorcón thus consolidates itself as one of the municipalities in the south of Madrid where housing has appreciated the most in the last year.
By areas, the Parque Oeste – Fuente Cisneros district is the most expensive with 4,086 euros/m². The Centro district reaches 3,177 euros/m², with a monthly increase of 1.2% and a year-on-year increase of 20.2%. In Parque Lisboa – La Paz, the price is 3,436 euros/m², despite a monthly decrease of 2.4%, it maintains a year-on-year increase of 7.5%. The general trend in the purchase and sale market in Alcorcón remains clearly bullish.
