The tournament, aiming to crown the establishment with the city's most popular terrace, has completed its first elimination round with La Tarada defeating Tobby’s Grill. Now, attention shifts to the next matchup, where followers of the publication ‘alcorconhoy’ on Instagram are tasked with selecting the winner between O’Pulpiño Ensanche Sur and Bunji The Place.
The format of the Terrace World Cup involves knockout duels between eight local establishments featuring outdoor seating. Votes, conducted weekly on the organizer's Instagram account, will determine each participant's advancement to the grand final.
The competition commenced on June 11 with the introduction of participants and the initial draw. Following the first round, where La Tarada emerged victorious, voting is now open to decide between Bunji The Place and O’Pulpiño. The remaining matchups yet to be determined are El Acebo versus El Trasgu, and Bar Avenida against La Patrona.
