Alcorcón's cultural agenda for this weekend combines various proposals, from theatrical performances and concerts to conferences and choral music. The core of the celebration is the Santo Domingo and San Dominguín Festivities, which promise to fill the town's streets with joy and tradition.

Among the most anticipated events is the III Popular Pilgrimage ‘El Puchero’, which will begin on Friday, April 10, at 12:00 PM. In the afternoon, Plaza de España will host dances, popular games, and face painting activities. The day will conclude with a triduum and mass at the Santa María la Blanca Church at 7:15 PM, followed by the musical show Óscar Recio: 40 años de vida in Plaza Reyes de España at 10:00 PM.
On Saturday, April 11, the main acts of the festivities will take place, starting at 11:00 AM with the High Mass in honor of Santo Domingo and San Dominguín at the Santa María la Blanca Church, followed by the traditional procession. On Sunday, April 12, the festivities will conclude with a family day in Plaza de España, which will include the opening of a tombola at 11:00 AM, performances by a rociero group and the Peña Flamenca de Alcorcón from 12:00 PM, and a popular meal.
In addition to the patron saint celebrations, Alcorcón's cultural offerings include other proposals. On Friday, April 10, the Municipal Arts Center will host the play Invisible by LaJoven Compañía at 8:30 PM. The Margarita Burón Civic Center will present a flamenco recital with Manuel Pajares and Rafael Andújar at 7:30 PM, while the Los Pinos Civic Center will offer the talk ‘Women in Art. A Gender Perspective Study’ at 6:00 PM.
Regarding exhibitions, the Fuente Cisneros Civic Center will display ‘The Art of Pyrography’ until May 7. This same center will host the III April Fair on Saturday, April 11, opening at 1:00 PM with appetizers and children's activities. Sacred music will also have its space at the Viñagrande Civic Center, with the ‘Alleluia’ concert at 7:00 PM, featuring the participation of the Alcorcón Polyphonic Choir, the Candeleda Polyphonic Choir, and the Consort Chamber Orchestra. The program is completed with a market for book authors, comics, and crafts on Fuente Cisneros Avenue.
