The city of Alcorcón is nearing the conclusion of its Pride 2026 program. This Friday, the traditional Drag Bingo will take place, marking the end of several weeks of activities aimed at the LGTBIQ+ community, which have seen significant resident participation. Previously, the first Lesbian and Bisexual (LB) Conferences were held at the Viñagrande Civic Center, serving as a space for reflection, visibility, and gathering for lesbian and bisexual women.
The Department of Sports has initiated the modernization of the F5 and F6 football fields at the Santo Domingo sports center. The 260,000 euro investment will be used for the renovation of the turf, ball-stop nets, goals, corner flags, and benches, aiming to provide safer and more functional facilities for athletes and users.

The political group points to the breach of internal instructions and the supervision of the process by an unofficial individual previously sanctioned, calling for greater transparency and equal opportunities.
The Alcorcón City Council has published the provisional order for the selection of stalls for the 2026 Patron Saint Festivals. The fairground will feature 17 spaces. In the provisional ranking, CDE Rugby Alcorcón leads among associations and sports entities. Politically, the order is based on the results of the 2023 municipal elections, with the People's Party, PSOE, Ganar Alcorcón, Vox, and Más Madrid in the leading positions.
