The joint investment for both interventions exceeds 272,000 euros. For Calle Trinquete, the base tender budget is 127,816.91 euros (VAT included). The project aims to reorganize the street to improve connectivity with the AGFA neighborhood, establishing a two-way traffic flow between the Glorieta de las Víctimas de Aranjuez en el 2 de Mayo and Calle de la Reina.
The works on Calle Trinquete include improvements to the roadway and sidewalks, such as surface drainage, expanded public lighting, adapted signage, and access adjustments, along with the protection of existing trees. This new road configuration is expected to enhance mobility, road safety, and accessibility.
Meanwhile, the bandstand in Glorieta del Clavel will undergo restoration and refurbishment with a base tender budget of 144,391.16 euros (VAT included). The work will involve a comprehensive restoration of the structure, including interventions on the roof, locksmith elements, stairs, and exterior paving. The electrical installation will be completely renewed, and a new public address system will be incorporated.
The upper level of the bandstand, designated for cultural and musical uses, will remain unchanged. Additionally, the semi-basement floor will be conditioned, rehabilitating the former pump equipment room and removing its independent access. The resulting space will be integrated with the existing lower area, creating a larger venue for the neighborhood association's enjoyment.
