The III Training and Employment Fair of Alcorcón will be held on April 16 and 17 at the Buero Vallejo Theater, offering over 500 job opportunities and connecting students and professionals with companies and training entities.
The Municipal Institute for Employment and Economic Promotion (IMEPE) of Alcorcón is organizing this third edition with the aim of fostering employability and professional guidance in the town. The event seeks to be a strategic meeting point between local talent and labor market needs, facilitating access to new training and employment opportunities.
The fair will feature the participation of over 40 entities, including companies, organizations, and training centers. Attendees will have access to personalized advice, professional guidance, and can explore more than 500 job offers available across various sectors and occupations. The schedule will be from 09:00 to 18:00 on the first day and from 09:00 to 14:00 on the second.

"Building the Alcorcón we advocate for, a place to live, involves creating new opportunities in our municipality. We are experiencing historical employment figures, and with this Fair, we want to continue working so that the jobs created in Alcorcón stay in Alcorcón. Thanks to the enormous effort of IMEPE to be the meeting point between local companies, training entities, and residents looking for work, this goal is getting closer."
During the event, specific areas will be set up for quick interviews and resume submissions, allowing candidates to interact directly with recruiters. This initiative is designed to benefit both students seeking their first work experience and individuals actively looking for employment.

"With this third edition of the Alcorcón Employment Fair, we wanted to take a big leap in quality to make it a more useful and high-quality municipal tool. A space to address access to work from all its dimensions, where young and not-so-young people who are organizing their professional future can find opportunities, advice, and professional guidance."
Among the participating educational institutions and key organizations are the FP Mentors Program, the Employment Offices, Rey Juan Carlos University, Carlos III University, CEU San Pablo University, and the Official College of Telecommunications Engineers (COIT). Numerous institutes from Alcorcón, vocational training centers, and social entities such as Cruz Roja, Fundación Adecco, the Centro del Títere, and Solidaridad sin Fronteras will also be present.
The business sector will be represented by prominent companies such as Acciona, Avanza, Clece, Eulen Flexiplan, El Corte Inglés, Leroy Merlin, Mapfre, Arriva, Forus, Fontventa, and Arpada. In the socio-health sector, companies like Sanitas, Amavir, and Valdeluz will participate. The full program of talks and speakers can be consulted on the IMEPE website.
