The project aims to enhance the well-being and comfort conditions for students and teachers by modernizing the facilities and promoting a more efficient, sustainable, and environmentally friendly model.
Key actions include the renovation of windows with thermal break aluminum frames and high-efficiency double glazing, to reduce heat loss and improve thermal insulation.
Nine high-efficiency heat pump air conditioning units will be installed, improving temperature regulation in classrooms and reducing reliance on the current gas heating system.
Furthermore, a photovoltaic solar energy system for self-consumption will be incorporated, consisting of 30 solar panels with a total power of 17.25 kWp and energy storage batteries, to harness solar energy and reduce grid consumption.
