The council thus strengthens various municipal services and departments, while facilitating the entry of unemployed individuals into the labor market. The initiative is supported by the Regional Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Employment and involves the State Public Employment Service (SEPE).
The new hires have been strategically distributed to meet the needs of municipal areas. Two assistants have been hired for Citizen Services and Commerce, Employment, and Subsidies; one worker for Urban Planning; two for Archive and Library; two for Maintenance; one audiovisual technician; three ushers for various facilities and departments; and two ambulance technicians.
Participants will carry out their professional activities, gaining work experience and enhancing their skills. This program combines employment and training, aiming to improve their future prospects in the job market.
This initiative continues the Sevilla la Nueva City Council's participation in the employment programs of the Community of Madrid from previous calls, seeking to create job opportunities and bolster the provision of municipal public services.
“"It is an opportunity to gain experience, continue training, and improve your chances of entering the labor market. Your incorporation also represents a significant reinforcement for the various areas and services we provide daily to our residents."
