Two Seriously Injured in Workplace Accidents in Arganda del Rey and Griñón

Two workers were seriously injured this Thursday in Arganda del Rey and Griñón due to separate workplace accidents: a fall from 5 meters and a foot entrapment by a mechanical bull.

Two serious workplace accidents occurred on Thursday morning in the Community of Madrid. The first took place at number 8 Bronce street in Arganda del Rey, where a 52-year-old worker, for reasons still under investigation, fell from a height of approximately 5 meters.
As a result of the fall, the worker sustained a moderate head injury and rib trauma. After being stabilized at the scene by Summa 112 paramedics, he was transferred to La Princesa Hospital, where he was admitted in serious condition.
Shortly after, another workplace accident occurred in Griñón. A 39-year-old worker had his foot trapped by a mechanical bull at facilities located at number 10 Orión street.
Due to the incident, the man suffered an open fracture in his left foot. After receiving attention at the scene, he was evacuated to 12 de Octubre Hospital in Madrid, where he was also admitted in serious condition.
